I'm hoping to run a 6 week Clen and 6 week Sd cycle, whats your advice on:
SD: 10/10/10/10/10/10
Clen
Day 1= 20
Day 2= 40
Day 3= 60 (may up or down the dosage depending on how I feel)
Day 4= 80
Day 5= 100
Day 6 - 14= 100 or more
2 Weeks Off
2 Weeks On ~ 100 (May change depending on response)
Caloric Deficit: 400
My Goal
Fat Loss = 10 - 12lbs
Muscle Gain = ?
Are my goals unrealistic ? What would you change ? etc
