I think you mean which cycle will be easier to maintain gains after pct(or I would hope you mean) that would be 10/10/10/10 gains will be slower but easier kept, I think you need MORE research before continuing. 160 pounds is a little lite for sd...are you 21 or older?

Lol ok good. I'd run SD for 6 weeks at 10mg preferably.
