Just wondering how it's recommended to take sarms like mk or gw on an empty stomach or just after eating? Thanks

i don't think it matters. i took gw first thing in the morning. i believe it has a pretty long half life so you can dose once a day. i believe mk has to be dosed twice a day, never used that though. (yet, i have some. waiting for the right time)
