Winstrol-Diet Help!!

I'm running a 6 week cycle of winstrol and was wanting some dieting tips! I'm currently 190lbs and wanting to get to about 180 by the end of the cycle! Any input on what my macros should be would be awesome!?

If it is your first AAS run , may I recommend Test-e at 500mg per week better for 12 weeks? It is the best run someone can ask for (being the first one and all) and upon week 6 , if you decide you like the feeling and gains and have come to know your body, you could add the winstrol for the remainder of the 6 weeks...Otherwise you will get suppression bad without a test base and not the same results bro :/!

If I wasn't able to get the test and ran it anyway would libido come back during PCT??

Lets assume for arguments sake you can not pin test or use a test base (replacement) , yes it would come back if you used Clomid/Nolva/Torem/Ralox plus an AI and a natty Test Booster along with a LIBIDO BOOSTER like Tribulus , then yes during PCT it would come back. But suppresion goes far beyond libido loss brother :S!

If you don't want to inject, at least get some topical dhea like rs transaderm to use as a test base. It will help battle lethargy and libido better than nothing. These oral only cycles are a one way street to limp d!ck city
