I will like to add a bit of experience. These guys are giving you great advice. I used to be stuck at gaining weight for a long time. I was 6'5" (Still am BTW, LOL) and weighed 190. I played basketball daily. I gained 40lbs freshman year in college 92. I lost it and regained 60 and lost 40 Sophmore year by running 5 days a week (Army ROTC) and basketball. Senior year I broke my ankle and blew up to 290 97. Dec 2011, powerlifting, hit 344lbs.
Fast forward to now, a solid and beastly 335lbs and getting tighter. How did I do it, dirty. I ate all the wrong foods (burgers/fries/shakes) and overate to the point my body just added weight to my frame. I then carved out the fat like you wouldn't believe. No one told me to not eat the same if I wasn't hooping. I didn't know any better. My metabolism used to be extremely fast, now it's tremendously slow. I get mistaken for have played football all the time becuase of my frame. Again, I did it all wrong and it wasn't intentional it just happened.
If you want to get big naturally, you have to eat big.

I figured as much, the texture nor the taste is like real ground beef. Its still delicious though, but god forbid I ever waste a cheat meal on taco bell. I think I sh*t out more protein than that lol.Originally Posted by csa2179

That's what all the boxes in supply said aswell when I was in the navy. "For institutional use only". I was very skeptical about this thread and somehow you recruited one of the most knowledgable people on the forum when it comes to nutrition. You definately should wait longer my friend, you are not set JMO... if thats your cycle, it wouldnt be effective at all... i know how it is when you cnat wait to start (tell me about it) but is bettertyo plan it right so youll get better keepable gains, and when that happens youll not regret of waiting!

ive actually eatten, dog, cat pegion, goat, fish eyeballm, rat, goat testicles, sheep stomach.. cant thing of anything else, but ive eatten all kinds of ****. i do alot of non profit work in third worlds, and alot of times there is not enough food, so you have to eat whats there.

i dig wells and install water purification systems in haiti and kenya. last time we ran out of food and water and were stranded. you got to do what you got to do, once youve gone a few days with out any food, you cant even taste what your eatting

Hey Guys - I just signed up (literally 5 minutes ago). I am 31. 182. 12% BF. I am 5'11' and CrossFit as well as just completed my 3rd Marathon this past Saturday. I eat pretty healthy (eggs, eggs, eggs, turkey, protein shakes/bars) but also have a little extra fat I would love to deploy. I workout about 5 days a week (40-45 minutes of CrossFit routines) along with several miles three times a week. I also probably party too much on the weekends. I travel a bunch for work so it is really hard to stay in shape when I am traveling. I have thought cycling (I have never tried it). I take a pre-workout supplement (assuming i wouldn't need to anymore, it is RAVAGE from ***). I was thinking about doing stand alone Winny for a while. I was thinking 25-40 mgs. Any thoughts? Be nice as I am really just trying to get some info and don't really want to stack until i see what and how my body handles it.
