I don't doubt it, merely want to help you out with macro ratio for optimal results on cycle, this is more my area of expertise.

It's cool man! This site can make you bitter with the constant 'hay guiz, I'm one week away from finishing my 8 week Superdrol cycle. What's a SERM?' Didn't mean to come off douchey at all. Just trying to get people in the right mindset for anabolic use.

That could be part of the problem. If your job is so physical your gonna need even more calories to make up for all that work.

The thing is he has a physical job...he burns kCalories and has literally no time to go into coma metabolic rate, its always up thanks to his work and added gym routine, we might need to get him on a lot...A LOT of dirty meals along with baseline macros for his weight coming from CLEAN foods, but loads of dirty meals to support his lifestyle

Just because we're not agreeing in your logic and telling you that "you're not ready" for a cycle doesn't mean we're trying to bash you. How are your fats in your diet? I try to add olive oil to all of my foods to get those extra cals. Kind of minuscule, but it def helps me when trying to meet those high cal requirements

You're just experiencing a little bloat/water retention from the prop. Run an ai like arimidex .25mg e3d or so and you'll be fine. And your carb intake should be through the roof since you're trying to get all swole n ****. Your diet should be something like 40/50/10 (40% protein, 50% carbs, 10% fats). The carbs are just as important as protein when building muscle. But like ive said before you can up them fats to get the cals so 35/50/15 might be more realistic for you. Eat pasta, rice and potatoes like an animal

This is why I knew he wasn't even eating properly and he would risk a bad cycle unless he listened...everybody needs to shove in carbs...and fats...eating only massive amounts of protein will never yield mass gains, glad to know you at least listened

I would hold back on the AI for at least 1-2 weeks to see his body's response better not just initial shock, then , even recommend getting hcg for an easier pct and to help him hold on to more gains in an easier oct where he will still have to pop in carbs like there's no tomorrow specially due to his high activity lifestyle
