What about just the quads? Lets say alternating right and left quads and upper and lower areas on each quad. So I would be hitting the same area only 1x evry 2 weeks on a Sun. and Wed. injection of 200mg/1ml of Cyp. Souind alright ???

Yes.. Anytime a foreign object enters your body repeatedly, it leaves trauma.. Scar tissue is pretty much scabbing.. I got enough to the point where the pin goes in abit, then I hear a crack, like I passed thru a hard spot.. You know you've used an area too much if it sounds like shrinkwrap when the pin goes thru the skin..Originally Posted by Rock Lee

What constitutes repeatedly? I mean if someone was doing twice a week injections in their delts and quads, and alternating the left and right sides, that would mean injection sites would only be repeated once every two weeks. imo, the quads are the most problematic of the common injections sites (not including all the site injection stuff where 3 ml shots would not be recommended
if u want 4 easy sites, how about dorsal glute left, dorsal glute right, ventral glute left and ventral glute right?
next on the list imo would be delts

Yes, it's still gonna cause scar tissue.. The skin is abit more resilient(sp) than the underlying skeletal tissue.. It also depends on needle gauge, so if you use 22g harpoons in your butt like I did, you too will have the crunch..Originally Posted by Rock Lee
But don't worry too much, the spots do heal over time.. Worry more about an abcess than some rough spots..

i do prop/tren ED pins, alternating front delts, medial delts, glutes, and quads. i agree quads are the most problematic of the places i have shot, nothing but a maze of veins....so far no violent blood spurts and no abcesses, i aspirate and sanitize EVERY SINGLE TIME.
8 sites in rotation for 6 weeks + 1 day, so 43 hits so far on my first cycle with 25g
havent gotten any shrinkwrap sounding weird effects yet..
delts are the most painless site thus far, only prob is shooting 2 cc each time sometimes a couple drops leak out
