    Should I wait?


    In recovering from prior injuries and the subsequent layoff from lifting, should I start cycling products, or should I wait until I've naturally recovered to some plateaus and then use them? I have DS sledge test, DS 4ad cyp solution, and M1T- if you were going to use these to aid recovery would you throw anything else into the mix? Thanks for any advice.

    Anabolics will help your recovery; training an injury will make it worse.
