I am 6'0, 190 probably around 14% bf, defined abs, vascularity in arms, shoulder striations but nowhere near as defined as id like. Shredded isn't a word anyone would use to describe me. So that being said, would I benefit more from a standard beginner test cycle,(e or prop), as a clean bulk or a recomp? If I were to bulk my goal would be 220 and once that weight was maintained and efficient time elapsed, i would get on a cutting cycle to hopefully be at 190 in the single digit bf%. My goal is to be able to compete in a year so keep this in mind. Thanks guys!
