2% or 5% spiro for PH stack

I'm planning on using a spirolactone solution (along with finasteride, minox, and nizoral) to prevent hairloss on a PH stack, but I'm curious which strenght of spiro I should be using.

I've heard that 2% spiro is in a liquid solution and that 5% is a cream. I have longer hair. Not super long, but a bit shorter than, say, Hugh Grant. Would it all be practical to apply the 5% cream to my hair? Or can I get a 5% solution in a liquid form?

Get the 2% solution. The 5% cream is for areas like the hairline or temples,or if your hair is noticeably thin.

Get the minoxidil with the azelaic acid added and you should be fine.
