200mg Test E cycle

As I've never used test e before, I'm trying to gather some accurate information regarding my cycle. Gonna be running 400mg per week aswell as var. But I've had alot of different information from different sources, and have been told test has a half life of around 10-14 days, so should I be jabbing this every 10 days? Or weekly, any info is much appreciated.
