was wondering if anyone has used this and if so what kind of results they got from it, as well as what kind of dosage might be recommended to start.
steer clear of it. i was stupid and bought some, used it, and nothin. no body fat loss (other than what doing 30 min of cardio and dieting did for me). no aerobic increase. just a waste, for me at least. and i havnt heard many good things about it. so yeah, best to save your money.

Did 10 mg a day for 4 weeks, no fat loss. now trying ostarine seem to like it, shoulder feeling a lot better in 1 week
