letro and nolva need some advice by tonight

got some gyno.
Been using letro for around 50 days now
about half of that i did 2.5 then i went down to 1.25
gyno is still there, but gone down a little going to see if nolva will help.
this past week iv been tapering off the letro like 1.25, 1.00, .75, .50
how long should i taper down since i was on it for a long time and what dosage of nolva should i use once off? 20, 40?
