whats the worst legal gear when it comes to killing cardio?

my job is very physically demanding on a daily basis in both cardio and other physically stressing situations. wondering what to stay away from.

Not sure I understand the question. In my experience gear makes you better at whatever you spend your time doing athletically. If you do alot of cardio and use some gear, you'll probably grow the related muscles and get even better. Stay away from cigarettes, lol.... I guess the only thing I can think of is stimulants might make you racey and not want to run, thermogenics might make you dehydrated (true for the stims as well).....

no cigs here only dip ;) i dont remember where i read it but i think i saw people posting that tren and tren like compounds killed their cardio? i really cant have that happen or work will be really ****ty for a while haha.

Obviously someone who has never run wind sprints while smoking.

2nd on the shin splints with hdrol, epi too. killed my boxing for over a month after both runs, terrible. Ended up using ridiculously high amounts of taurine a day on cycle, which then amped up the lethargy, stuff puts me to sleep. Not doing that again.

On the other hand, SD/DMZ combo treats me great... I know, wtf.

shin slints arent normally a problem for me unless im running 8+ miles daily in a week. how are the back pumps with these two? work involves carrying alot of weight long distances so crazy back pumps could be a real bitch haha

Hdrol gave me killer shin splints.

Epi is notorious for back and calf pumps...half mile into my first run and my calves nearly locked...

well this is going to be an interesting 6 weeks with epi lol

By far, I'm not a great runner...but I was even getting shin splints and calf pumps while walking on treadmill at 3.5-4.5 at a. Moderate incline... Back pumps come and go .... Noticed more in the first two weeks but they have calmed down.

well normally i run around 6 miles 3x a week as part of work. and go 6-12 miles a week with a 60-100 lbs. i might be suckin lol

Rucking on gear would prob suck...you don't have PFT coming up do you?

I've got a biotch for a lower back...I can dead 435 but throw a ruck on my back and 10 mins in I'm dying... You should be ok.
