how long does 4-ad stay in your system before your test levels return or drop back down? because I know 4ad converts to test therefore showing in a blood test as an increase in total test. I am just wondering, your help is appreciated.

Depends on what ester you are talking about. If you mean 4-ad base, I believe it is somewhere around 12 hours.
