Cycle question Test E mdrol

Hey well I have some issues with my test e cycle after week 4 so I discontinued, I stopped on monday and was wondering since the test is still in my system, can I use an oral such as MDROL (have ran before with great success) as a replacement cycle? and then do the proper pct etc after. Or should I pct in a week from monday wait then run the MDROL cycle? I feel like I could do the mdrol cycle now but would love other opinions.

Cellulitis Infections, Possibly from the gear even tho legit lab.
