Starting my first Prohormone cycle Monday- Havoc

Hello Everyone,
I just signed up and this is my first post. I am starting RPN Havoc on Monday 5/14/12. It is my first prohormone cycle. I am new to these types of supplements (terms) such as: PH, SERMS, PCT, etc. I have been lifting for 13 years and I'm 29 years old. I'm 6'2" and weight 225. I've been using mainly protein for the last few years but lately I've been using whey, casein, multi, fish oil, tribulus, CLA, creatine monohydrate, glutamine, BCAA, among others. I'm currently doing Dr. Jim Stoppani's Shortcut to Size from bodybuilding.com. For my first cycle I was thinking of doing 5 weeks 20/20/30/30/40. Any thoughts or recommendations are encouraged. Thanks.

So Jim, what do you have planned for pct as of now?

Do you plan on using an "on cycle" supporting supps? If not , I would suggest looking at Cycle Assist for starters. For PCT you will want an AI or serm and a natty test booster like DAA. I would suggest holding off on your cycle till you do some more planning or it could be disasterous for you.
