Need Help with Tri Methyl Limted Edition

Hey guys I'm about to go on a cycle of Tri Methyl limited edition, I have questions on what to take during the cycle and what to take after. I was planning on taking 2 pills a day for 4 weeks, and taking Milk Thistle with it to prevent liver damage. And for post cycle I was thinking nolvadex. Any suggestions or criticisms would be appreciated.

Damint, one of my buddies from the gym decided to take this for his first cycle. I tried my best to talk him out of it with no avail. Please tell me this isnt your first cycle?
