Tamoxifen Citrate liquid dilution?

Is Tamoxifen Citrate used as shipped, or does it need to be diluted in anything? I’ve seen different liquids described, but are these for use when using the powdered form? From some of the posts I've read, it sounded like it was very concentrated as shipped in liquid form. Thanks.

no need to dilute the liquid. its ready for the rats as is.
