Can Hypopituitarism be induced by ph/aas use?

If lh and fsh are low, along with test levels in the 150 range, this would indicate hypopituitarism. Can this be from a failed pct protocol or do those levels indicate a legit hypopituitarism for other reasons?

Ps: i think my research serms were bunk, im restarting pct with clomid and some high doses of hcg. Ill be retesting in 4 weeks to see if i responded well to the hcg/pct.
