Can someone recommend a PH stack thru the recovery phase??? I'm 32 and just not as solid as I should b for the amount and quality of my workouts. I'm going to get a test level test. Also, when recommending keep in mind that I don't have a "friend" that can get me the beast mode stuff. Thanks.
