2nd day on dbol flaring up my gyno already?? Is this possible??

Been on Test E a week at 500 mg and just finished my second day of dbol at 20 mg and the gyno lump behind my right nipple is back . A good size hard lump and sore to the touch. I doubt it's the test e aggravating it already at one week and I didn't seem to have this problem until I recently started the dbol. Can dbol at 20 mg cause this in two days? Blew me away but I did order an AI before taking the dbol for later in the cycle incase i needed it. It looks like I will be needing it no doubt..Any info, opinions, advice, dosages for letro is greatly appreciated.
