Heres my specs
5'10"
210lbs
~25% BF
1500 cal/day intake, lots of fruits/vegs/medium carb intake
Average Daily Diet
-7am- 1 piece of whole wheat toast, 1tbsp of margarine, 3 egg whites, 1 serving of fruit
-11am- Salad (~2 cups of lettuce, croutons, 8oz of white chicken, 1tbsp of light dressing, SMALL amount of blue cheese)
-2pm- Pre-workout snack (Nuts, protein bar, apple, or banana)
-5pm Post workout/dinner 10oz of lean chicken, 1 cup of raw carrots, brown rice, 1.5 scoops of protein shake
~1500 calories
I'm also taking 3g of taurine and a multivitamin daily
Drinking alot of water, around 1.5-2 gallons daily

My workout is basically 30-45 minutes of cardio daily, 1 day off weekly, and 15-20 minutes of lifting every other day, rotating legs/upper body
