Here a before and after shot of my p-mag cycle..pretty successful..almost gained 20 lbs..its not the same pose but you could see a big difference when you look at the arm with the tribal..way fuller!! now its time for a cut :crying: i hate cutting!!

ehh still debating maybe just some natural supps..i just dont trust many "fat burning" supps.any suggestions?.staples are always protein,aminos, multi-vitamins, pre intra and post workout shakes
I don't really mess with the cutting supps...since I don't compete in BB and I'm not at the size I want to b yet I just keep slowly bulking lol.
I used anabeta a few times and I think it's versatile enough that you could use it for cutting. Like obv u won't get ripped from using it but it'll help lean u out. Throw in erase too you'll b in business for the summer.
dude, lookin huge with that extra 20lbs. Good ****! Don't wanna lose that size while you cut, just make sure you keep lifting heavy so that strength stays up and your body will hold on to the muscle. Fastest way I lost fat ever and even held on to my muscle was by doing the Intermittent fasting for about a month then just went back to the normal 6 meals a day after I was happy with how much fat I cut.

i dont have the discipline for that lol i have to eat every few hours so im thinkin jus normal amount of meals with a deficit and work out like a maniac

Funny how compounds work. All I ever got from DMZ & P-mag (50mg) was head aches and loss of appetite. I'm give another methyl a go in the future @ a proper dose and see what happens.
i was smasing like 3500 calories a day..i started at around 215 and post pct was 233..routine was a lil suttin like this..legs, shoulders/abs, chest, back/abs, bis/tris with very little cid more though..definitely gained sum chub
