Running 5aOHP, Transaderm and AlphaT2.
Throw in some Clenviscerate 2 on 2 off.
Two weeks in and I am impressed. Started out at 180 and now I'm 178 but have really started to change my body. BF was around 11-12% and now I'm around 10%. Gym aggression started to kick in this past week and I have had some good w/o. Changed my diet a little just killed some carbs and started snacking on beef jerky when I need something. Doing a 3 day split but added the "300" workout 1 day a week and 30 min of cardio the other 3 days.
