im starting my first ph cycle is 3 weeks, planning on running pharma labs epi for 4 weeks on 10/20/30/30 with milk thistle, cod liver oil and multivitamins whilst on cycle.

as my pct i plan on running
nolva 60 first day then 20/20/10/10
milk thistle
usn 19 anabol testo
cod liver oil
multivitamins
creatine mono-hydrate

will this be a sufficiant pct? looking to be safe rather than sorry with it so any help with this will be greatly appreciated!

+1. Wouldn't run it at 60. I know u want help on pct but that epi dose seems pretty low.

On pct though think ull find most guys like to run DAA which is very cheap, and erase.

its a natural test booster, have been told that it is beneficial to run one of these along side nolva?
i thought 60 might have been a bit high, i think i will start it on 40!

You will be G2G. Daa 3g a day and erase you can taper or take full doses. I run 1/2/3/3/2/1

Think u should be good with this. Still would consider upping that epi dose though bro.
