As long as to take in 1-2grams of
Protein per body pound a day and over 3000 calories a dsy you should see gains of 20-25 lbs. 10-15 o which if you come off right you will keep---the rest is just retained water from both eating crap and elevated estrogen levels with the test E upping estrogen.
Especially with test is there is no need to pin twice a week. You want to do 500mg a week--put it in one pin--and do it at the same time same day each week---this will keep your levels the most steady.
Granted genetically everyone is different and responds accordingly. Just my two cents
