When to take methastadrol doses

Ive been taking two pills a day, one in the morning when i wake up at around 9 and the other pre workout at around 5. I want to bump to 30 mgs, when should i take the third pill, before i go to sleep? or should i just take two pills at once?....just a question but also would it really matter if you took all three of them first thing in the morning? (i don't do this just wondering about it)

space them out evenly to allow constant levels in blood. could you log your methastadrol cycle. i have 2 bottles of the hard rock methastadrol and want to make sure its good.
