Front load my supps for two weeks prior,, then continue them throughout and two weeks minimum after
Daily supps:
competitive edge labs cycle assist 6-8 pills daily
Twin lab daily one
Twinlab b-100 2 pills two times a day .... 4 pills total
Pantothenic acid 500mg a day
Dessicated liver 2 tablespoons daily
Twin lab liquid cod liver oil. 1 tablespoon a day
Mixed tocopherol vitamin e 500iu a day
Vitamin d 5,000 iu eod
Lecithin 1/4 cup a day
Ground flax 1/4 cup a day
Grape seed extract 400 mg a day
Hawthorn liquid extract 1 ml a day
Milk thistle liquid extract 1ml a day
CoQ10 liquid 1ml a day
Arginine 20g a day
Ornithine 10g a day
Creatine 5g a day
Glutamine 5g a day
ALCAR 5g a day
Lysine 500mg a day
Psyllium husks 2 tablespoons a day
DMAE liquid 1ml a day
Primatene tablets 2 a day
Asprin 1 a day
Pedialyte powder. 1 single packet a day
(Thinking about adding hemavol and/or agmatine to the mix as well)
Minimum 300g preferably 400g protein daily
4000+ calories a day
No limit on healthy carbs and healthy fats as long as I get my protein in
2 galllons of distilled water daily
I know this sounds like a lot,,, but am doing this already for the most part
Roughly 17 week cycle .... may go up to 24 weeks if I get the gear for it ... will do labs at two weeks, 8 weeks, 14 weeks and at the end
CYCLE:
March 1st - April 8th Test cyp 200mg 2x a week
100mg Tren Eod(this is all the tren I have)
Next six weeks
100mg helladrol/350mg katanadrol daily, 200mg test cyp 2x a week + 12 pumps androgel daily (15mg absorbed test daily)
Followed by six weeks of 250mg test cyp 2xweek + 12 pumps daily
250iu hcg + b12 complex injection e3d throughout
Adex .25mg eod throughout
Plan on lifting four days and cardio three days with a trainer guiding me every step of the way!!
Ultimate goal is a 350 bench press while still being able to run 12 miles in 90 minutes!!!!!
6'1 240lbs at 6% bf sounds like a good goal as well

Fyi I am 41yrs old, 6'1, 240lbs at 18% bf right now
5 yrs ago was a soft 310 and 40% bf
Today I can run 12 miles and bench 300..... already come a million miles from the lard I was.... this is just the logical next step on my journey
Blood pressure 120/70, cholesterol 140 so I am definitely starting this as healthy of a man as humanly possible... my bf isn't perfect but at my age and history is nothing to cry about
