Cycle will start on Sunday, February 26. Began preloading yesterday.

Start Weight: 180-182 @10-11%

Notable PR's: squat 405 x 5, bench: 335 x 5, db bench: 120s x 10, dead lift: 505 x 1, hang cleans: 225 x 2

Goals: Finish cycle at either 181-183 @8-9% or 185-189 @ 9-10%
-Would like to add size in upper chest, calves, traps, and back width. Want to lean out some.

Diet: Will eat right at maintenance every day. Will adjust maintenance cals if weight increases, or if i feel i need more carbs.

Workout: no idea yet, maybe gvt, maybe phat, maybe just a 5 day split, unlikely that i will follow the same workout the entire time

SD just to get things kickin early while the other hormones get going. if at two weeks i feel like everything is in full force then ill just drop the sd at that point

You have been hanging out at PHF too much:) I don't see the need at all, if you can't get the gains you are looking for without stacking 4 different oral hormones it's time to reevaluate, jmo.

I agree with this, I would run the epi alone and drop the SD but that's just me, but I bet if you picked just 2 of those compounds by the end of the cycle you would have "similar" results as running all 4...have you ever run SD before, pretty sure the 10mg would be awesome but you might get same results from the EPI alone

Also, did you have the bold saved up, noticed a couple people running this now and I know its been banned for a little while

I appreciate the advice.

I dont really think we should count androhard/stanodrol, not that its bad or anything, but its solely there for the androgenic balance, but i do get what your saying. I just always get annoyed the the two week lag at the beginning of cycles, especially since i dont use stims on cycle so i really wanna use the sd to get thigns started. Plus my idea was to put on some solid mass the first 3 weeks with the sd, and then use the final 4 to really solidify that mass and lean out.

Waves (the number of reps im shooting for on all three ascending sets. For example for compounds: Bench press: 255 x 12, 265 x 12, 275 x 12, then the next week I would increase weight and shoot for ten reps, so maybe 270 x 10, 280 x 10, 290 x 10. This same progression will apply to isolation moves as well, but in a reverse order)

You can run epi or 6 weeks @ 60mg and be ok, its not really crazy but the fact youre running sd b4 it, for a total of 10 weeks on orals is more of what Id be worried about, why not get some test and REAL bold, boldadrol is ****.

Get bloods during
Tbh he should just leave it at 6 weeks of epi... Why waste the money on blood's to see of he can run one more week of epi? Just get blood's after PCT IMO there are only a few reasons to ever get on cycle bloods done, ie you know you feel something's wrong, wondering if you can continue,if you can bridge, how long cruise should be etc.

Felt good today. Had a pretty intense pump and some extra vascularity and in a really good mood now for two days in a row. SD could be kickin in a little bit already

I agree but he is doing 8 regardless, and considering the addition of SD I would still recommend getting bloods on cycle, it isn't a waste imo to get it done.

Still in a really good mood and feeling energetic throughout the day. Felt solid in the gym and was able to push out a few exta reps on some sets, vascularity is up, starting to see horizontal veins pop outta biceps. Also even though im up 3 pounds i appear a little leaner, my girlfriend commented on it today

Doesnt seem to be much interest in this log, but i will continue for a few weeks anyway.

Whoever thinks that superdrol at 10 mgs has no place should try it. Im up 5 pounds in 4 days (granted its certainly not all muscle) and gettting ridiculous pumps just doing every day activities. Even tho im up 5 pounds i am able to see my abs more clearly than i could a week ago. I really felt extra energy and drive today while doing legs and also some intense back pumps, so far so good.

It really is never a bad idea to. I can't lie and say I regularly get on cycle bloodwork done, but to call it a waste is incorrect.
I have been considering this. I would have to go through a private lab so ill have to get a quote. Since its on cycle would just a hepatic panel be enough?

there is a sticky at the top, it reccomends the women's panel (your results will come back as male ranges though).

Felt really strong today but not quite as energized. Also, had a really hard time getting out of bed this morning even though i slept 9 hours. A few people at the gym commented that i looked bigger, it seems my shoulders and chest are starting to stick out more.

Day 9:

Weight: 183 (not really sure why its decreasing, but no big deal i look leaner, maybe i have not been adequately adding in more cals for my cardio)

Didnt feel like doing the planned workout, i get bored with workouts really quick. I just didnt feel like trying to push maximum amount of weight so i decided to hit a lot of supersets and really get a massive pump going and focus on peak muscle contractions. I would rather add size than just push for PR's every day which will likely result in me messing up my shoulders. I did my reps alot slower, used a little less weight, and held contractions for a few seconds on every rep. Well this lead to a painfully great workout. My upper chest and shoulders have never looked like this before, they looked retard mode big with veins busting out of places id never seen before. My body feels pumped, destroyed and ready to go lift again all at the same time. Also my energy was really good. I did a workout that would have normally taken 80 mins in like 50 minutes.

I didnt record this workout so ill go off memory:

Incline db: 80 x 9, 7, 8
ss with incline machine press: 100 x 6, 5, 5

hang cleans: 135 x 5, 5, 5
ss with bb shrugs: 12, 11, 13

shoulder press machine: 230 x 8, 7, 10
ss with power band shoulder presses: 6, 7, 5

band upright rows: rep for 20 seconds, rest 10 seconds, repeat 8 times

side raises: 10s on each hand, repeated above

Day 10:

Hit legs hard today with slow reps and some super sets. Legs felt pumped to the max and almost hurt to bend. I have noticed veins coming out of my quads before, but today on squats and leg extensions they were actually busting out in a disgustingly cool way. Got some really bad back pumps from squats and rdl's, 8 grams of taurine + a gallon of water did nothing. After the workout i had my protein shake and i already feel recovered.

Again didnt record the workout so ill go off memory.

Super slow squats: 225 x 8, 8, 8
ss with db rdl: 50s x 5, 6, 6

glute ham raise: 5, 5, 5

slow lunges: 40s x 6, 7, 7
ss with high box step ups: 25s x 5, 5, 4

1 leg leg press: 140 x 6, 6, 7
ss with seated leg curl: 100 x 6, 7, 8

1 leg back extension: 5 reps each side

leg extension extended set burnout: 50 x 20 seconds on then rest 10 seconds and repeat for 8 rounds

Nice workout and keep it up. I have yet to experience back pumps, but as of yet I have avoided SD.

So far i got them on every cycle. Got them back with ah/am but not that bad. They were rough yesterday, but almost a welcome feel at the same time.

Day 11: Weight: 186.2 (+6.2 pounds) Weight was up again today, but my cheat meal yesterday likely had something to do with that. Did look really full and vascular in the gym today. Hit arms realy hard. There were a lot of disctractions at my gym today but still managed to have a great workout. pumps were unreal and felt really focused even with the distractions. My appetite is beginning to increase, i am starting to crave food like 30 minutes after i eat. Day 12: Weight: 187.6 (+7.6 pounds) I am starting to notice some nice physical changes. Shoulders, back chest and arms are all looking considerably more full and vascular, yet defined at the same time. I am getting ridiculous pumps during workouts within the first set or two and the pumps stay with me all day. I dont really feel a lot outside of the gym except that i feel really full. During the workouts though I have great energy and focus and dont seem to get tired at all. Weight holding at 187ish. I will be taking the next 4 days off due to going snow boarding so i had to hit it extra hard today. Chest felt like it was going to explode, has some bishes mirin my pecs. shoulder veins are starting to look indicative of a roid user
