I'm a big Boston sports fan too. Split season tix for the b's the last two seasons but things drastically changed for me this year financially.

Canucks are working their way towards my most hated team.

I went to a b's game down there a few years ago. Totally different experience than a game up here.Originally Posted by WARBIRDWS6

Yeah that place is nice. It was the season opener and I got tickets that day. Seemed to be a good amount of transplant b's fans too.Originally Posted by WARBIRDWS6

My diet is pretty similar.I'm bulking on cycle atm and my diet consists of
2 shakes 1250kcal each 77p,120c,50f per shake 2.5 scoops whey,1 cup oats,2 tbsp honey,5 tbsp olive oil,1/2 banana,500ml 0.1% fat milk.
Next meal is 500g of lean beef about 100p,35f and a tin of chopped tomoatoes and green beans 850kcal thereabouts
PWO I'll have a tin of tuna,a tin of pineapples and 2 banana's which is about 120g of carbs,45g protein so about 600kcal
Then pre-bed I'll eat 2 tins of Pacific red Salmon and I'll take 1g from fish oils of omega 3. this amounts to about 650kcal
So theres 4500kcal of clean calories. It is easier than people think. You just need to space the meals out a good bit so that you have the appetite to eat

Didn't see this mentioned, but if your cals are for real, your numbers are wrong.
With the pro, carb, fat, listed, it came out to 4,185
4 cal/ pro & carb

I used sparkpeople.com ..... it's a food tracker website that does these calculations....Originally Posted by jbryand101b

I use sparks as well. I've noticed that it is off on the %'s a little bit quite often. Not enough to make any real difference though. Once you get your usuals programed in, it works pretty well for a free app.

The online calorie counters are ALWAYS off by about 50 calories give or take on a 3,000-4,000 calorie day. If you add the macros X4 and X9 its always off a smidge when compared to the calorie number they give you....but nothing to worry about, its always a # of no consequence esp if you're eating 4K cals lol

man I'm at 300g a day and I just have to ask... How do you live with the gas xD I've also upped my cals and I'm letting it rip more than I'd like and with me heading back to college in a week, I'm going to concentrate more on holding it in than following my courses lol

Digestive enzymes help,,, I believe most gas is caused by poor digestionOriginally Posted by Icepray
