Is it ok to take Saw Palmetto Post Cycle?

anyway how would saw palmetto affect a cycle with dht? would it decrease strength? would it increase estrogen? or is it too weak?
 
It is effective to help mostly with prostate issues. For hairloss its not really effective. It won't eliminate enough DHT to hurt strength.

Ya us ole timers use it to keep the prostrate from acting up..Suppose to inhibit estrogen,but to think this is all you need is a mistake..
 
I would just use beta sitosterol. It works better and no one has reported problems from it.
