Balancing a cycle

What do you guys think the best way to put Sustain Alpha, Forma and Erase into your cycle? The Forma would start during the cycle and run through PCT and Erase about a week into the PCT, then taper it off past the SERM...where do I fit the Suatain Alpha into this?

I'd start it at the beginning of PCT and run it at least as long as the SERM, maybe even start it a couple days before?
