I've never really looked into HGH, but as far as supps go you'll want to look into Glucosamine/Chondroiton/MSM/Curcumin/Cissus/hyaluronic acid.

Yeah, a bit too young for AAS or HGH etc. unless perscribed by a doctor.

Yea true but i cant get that ... I had tommy john surgery nd after rehab and everything the doc said i had a thinning in it so i dont have many other options
