So i just took my liquid tamoxfen as part of my pct from hdrol
im taking pct assist along with life support
my question is can i take the liquid tamixifen with the life support or do i need to spread it apart.

You can take the nolva whenever you want, just be somewhat consistent about it and dose it 1x per day. Probably not too terribly much creatine, but i'm not going to look up the total grams myself.

I can't believe he actually is using a SERM. I mean, with the NCAA testing and the million threads... Mind = Blown.

Take the Nolva at the same time everyday. I'd personally take it before bed, but that's me.
Take the life support when you wake up, and some time at night.
Creatine intake is dependent on you.
