Nolva in 20mg capsules and not tabs

So people said to split it in half but Im afraid of the powder spilling and have bad balancing.

Can I just take nolva like this.

Hmm. I am not sure if tapering off the SERM is as important as tapering off an AI but you could always try dosing every other day. Nolva has a very long half life. Something like 4-5 days. So you could get away with EOD dosing IMO.

Yup, theoretically should be fine.

Nolva has a pretty decent half-life if I remember right, so the EoD near the end should be fine, and yes, tapering is important so you can watch for estrogen sides as your receptors clear up.
