Goals: Coming to the end of a long cut. started at 256 and im looking to do a bit of a recomp. Looking to to add 3-5lbs lean muscle / Drop about 4-5% bf.
Workout Protocol: HIT Resistance 5x week. Cardio- 15 mins workout days - 45-60 minutes of LISS non workout days.
