18 years old been lifting really with lots of dedication for about to years started at 130 now at 170 arms 12.8 to 15inches when flexing right now im at 170 pounds People say that i dont look skinny or fat that i look full(kinda buff) i guess you can call it. Body fat not a lot but i do have a small belly when i sit. Diet i dont really have one but its clean i stay away from fast food, foods that contain lots of fat i eat veggies i give my body all the goodies it needs to build muscle plenty of protein. Soon i will lay my hands on some test and tren. friend advised me to pin my self every Monday 1cc of tren 1cc of test. would like to know what gains can i expect from this cycle, im only planing to on doing just one cycle of this get all the max gains i can from it ,and try hard to keep as much as i can i know im lose some but that's normal, i also would would like to know whats a good pct once im done. please dont tell me im to young i know what im doing and the risk involved i can control my self is all about use dont abuse thats the way i look at things.
