Forgive me for my ignorane, but im not up to date with all the abbreviations that you just used in your "science parade" SO most of that went right over my head.![]()
Use a higher calorie intake first to gain muscle/weight. You are 6'3" and 165 I weighed that much at 16. On top of that what are your stats, age, calorie intake, and max lifts?
You need to get a good lifting background before even cycling. Diet of course is number one priority. Go to the gym first and start training! Work on your diet and then come back. We will be glad to help you out.
Whats your job?
Have u been making sure u get all of your protein, carbs and fats I'n? Being consistent I'n diet will make a big change. You can eat tons of food, drink all the weight gainers all I'n one day and not do it for the next 6 days, u won't gain. Make sure u keep it consistent. Consistency I'n your diet and intensity I'n the gym, boom you will be growing I'n no time. Good luck bro, let us know if u need help along the way.
Exactly what I was thinking.sounds like you burn a *ton* of calories in a day, which in and of itself will make putting quality mass on that much more difficult (even with steroids/prohormones/supps). So you should try and find ways to make every drink you consume have quality calories from protien and carbs during the day. Or at least some of them.

Start your day with a calorie dense breakfast, 9am break Eat some GORP (carbs protien and fat) Lunch Chicken breast white rice and some veggies with gravy(more calories also delicious) 3pm Gorp and some fruit. You can add bananas and protein shakes to up the calories. Basically if you arent working munching on food is your job. Big dinner at the end of the day and lift heavy if you have time in your day, if you dont then you looking into gear is sad.
No man, I got my mind made up. I'm going for broke here. I'm all in.
I've been skinny all my life. People always told me " you'll fill out when you get older"
Or "once you get a few years on you your metabolism will slow down"
Well, low and behold. Here I am, 30 yrs old this year, and I only weigh 10lbs more than the day I graduated high school.
I'll do what it takes. I just needed some pointers and some nice people to point me in the right direction.
I'm gonna get my diet right, add in some drinks, and start hitting the gym.
After a while of that when I feel that I've reached a plateau. Then I'll add in the supplements.
Gerbil: this isn't the kid hell-bent on a cycle *right now* dude is just starting research really early, something tells me you are still pissed at the weather brohan.

Thanks! Some protien powders mix well with water and do not thicken it substantially. I use (one scoop in 6-8oz water) and it is not overly thick or rough on my stomach.
ManBeast
Awesome man, now we have to figure out a short-but-sweet weight program for you to avoid even more massive caloric expenditure while stimulating those fibers to grow.

Low reps are more strength oriented, whereas higher reps are for growth (for most of the world). The big compound lifts (deads, squats, bench) are also key to putting on mass. I'll toss some ideas arond in this crazy head of mine today and see what I can come up with. Another key is a good amount of sleep each day so that your body isn't running on stress hormones.

How many days a week can you get to the gym without the wife throwing a frying pan at your head?
ManBeast
Nah, I just remembered you mentioned running the protien powder by the wife, so I kinda figured you'd have to get her blessing
ManBeast
Awesome man, I'm kicking around some 3-4 day splits with relatively high reps for ya. There are also some good programs somewhere in the training forum on a thread "lots of programs" or somethin like that.
