best course for strength training ( during ACL injury rehab)

I am an athlete and have recently had a ACL reconstruction three months ago.I have been focusing on strength training and have had some good gains.I now feel like i have hit a brick wall with my training and really want to take my strength (and size) to the next level as it is 9 months before i need to start thinking about cutting weight to compete.
I have done couple of cycles of winstrol (solo) before so its not really my first course.
Im unsure of what course to run,i have access to deca that is supposed to be really good gear but have researched it and alot of people say its bad to run it solo.And alot of people have told me to run a course of test instead.I am also tempted to run a course of hydropopin but am unsure of the risks of growth hormone.
Im looking for a course that will gain me lean muscle and will not hinder(and possibly help) my recovery as far as my knee goes with minimal side effects as far as loss of libido acne ect ect.
your help will be appreciated.

U shouldn't b running anything if your an athlete, end of story.
