Was thinking about throwing in Clen while on Katana cycle, any issues I may be over looking? I don't want it to hurt any possible gains made from Katana.
first run of katana, currently starting week three. Although I'm not really sure how much of a deficit I can run my calories on it. I figure I will run one 2 week clen run then wrap up my pct and run another 2 week after pct. Hopefully I will have my bf where it needs to be at the end of my cycle.
The majority of the time, I see katana used in a stack with another (stronger) PH. But what you suggested could yield some nice leaning and some hardening up with maybe a couple pounds of added lean mass (if diet is right).

Agreed. I see no reason you couldn't use the 2 together as long as the diet and training are right for the goal. With those on point you could cut up like a mofo with that stack
