Nolva dose while on....

What is a good nolva dosage to use if puffy nips arise during cycle so I can keep doing my cycle. In liquid form would 3ml be good? or is that too much to less?
 
If it's an "average" cycle I'd guess 20mg ed to be sufficient for the course of the cycle. Then do usual PCT afterward.
