Yeah for real. I saw so many pics of skinny guys with 20" biceps, looks foolish. But I use either "warbirdws6" or "badblackws6" on forums, both names I got from my TransAm like you posted. I usually use the badblack one on car forums, and the warbird one on forums such as this. You see, in car forums everybody knows what badblackws6 means....in these forums they think I am a big bad black guy LOL. I'm actually a medium sized white guy, so I figure use the other option.....

Did people abuse or use synthol wrong?

Looks stupid have huge ass biceps 1 of your smallest (but yeah most seen) muscles and everything else is small.
Biceps bigger thanks lats, bigger than chest, bigger than calves. Crazy!

They for sure abused it, they figured let me make one bodypart (of course arms) REALLY huge so I can look cool. Then I get an infection or it explodes or whatever and I look like an idiot. They think this is good. I suppose if you used it responsibly to enhance a particular lagging muscle to fit in with the rest of your physique, I GUESS its ok.....not for me, I find it dangerous and useless. Its fake afterall, not real muscle.

there is a video of a big dude on stage posing, and his shoulder starts to "leak" where he injected it. kinda gross. at least with steroids its real muscle and not oil. i think some actually do have small amounts of steroids in them though, but still, its mostly just oil.

I believe I read some time ago that it turns into muscle after some time, or enhances muscle growth...not just oil. Could be wrong though.
