methyl-s is dosed at 5mg per cap. Standard protocol is just like any SD out there. 10/20/20*/20* adjust tolerance as needed.

Eh, u could still nice gains from this, SD never fails lol. At that low a dose though u could definitely stack with like epi, that'd b sweet.
