M1T post cyle

Hi
I did a 10 day M1T cycle , ended two weeks ago. I gained around 10 lbs during the cycle went from 220 to 230
, but now since two weeks, Im still gaining weight!. Im upto 240 now, is that normal? I dont want to gain any more weight. Im still lifting hard/heavy 5 days a week.. Should I add cardio/cut calories to stop the weight gain?

So did you do a post cycle therapy after your m1t cycle?

nope.. just the same..
no significant increase.. its not that its all fat,, probbaly 50/50
but id rarther not get that big. Ppl are telling me im getting *too big*

any suggestions? should I start cutting?

I would make sure that you are fully recovered and you have kept your gains before you start cutting. You dont' want to start cutting too early and lose your hard earned muscle.

Man there is no such thing as too big.
Well it has been noted that people tend to gain some more weight a week or two after the m1t. I'm not sure why, but you are fine just give it some time, and your body will get back to normal.
