nolva and clomid?

Im running an average cycle of h-drol (5weeks, 75 mg throughout) and I have plenty of both nolva and clomid. Would there be a benefit to running them both? If so what would the doses look like?

I will also be taking sas, and thinking about erase, though im not sure if an ai is neccessary with the serm(s)?

If anyone could offer advice it would be appreciated

There are different ways to do it but one way I often see is:

Nolva: 40/40/20/10/10
Clomid: 50/50/25/25

You might not need as much though because this PCT is usually for real AAS.

And im still on the fence with erase (an ai)

For a 5 week cycle, id make your pct last 5 weeks. U can use erase if u want but start it at the 3rd week of PCT. So 14 days of SERMs then throw it in and taper the dose before u stop taking it. This is what im about to do for my 6 week cycle:

Clomid: 50/50/25/25/25/25
Nolva: 20/10/10/10/10/10
Erase: 00/00/03/03/03/02/01

Something like that, running it longer will only ensure you keep your gains

Although 1 SERM is almost always necessary, I don't think running 2 SERMs is ever necessary. Same goes with excessive dosages of either.

tnubs- I think im gonna take you advice and run the nolva for 5 weeks. I have read that clomid shouldn't be used for that long because it desensitizes leydig cells, though im not positive. I think ill go

Mdiocre- im aware 2 serms isn't neccessary but I don't think it would hurt and it may help?

In addition, does anyone know if clomid/nolva should be consumed on an empty stomach or with fats?

run nolva at 20mg for 4 weeks.
