All PH mess with your body to a certain extent. the ones that arent as bad on your liver are the non methylated PH's. You should still take either Cycle Assist or thistle (either in caps or Liver Juice by PP)

transderm will be the only thing that isnt really toxic. All others will have some sort of impact on your health.

if you are still wanting to do a PH, the safest way would to do it like this:

Get blood work done before you start your cycle

pre load milk thistle 2 weeks before start of cycle

take an androseries product of your choice along with cycle assist

depending on what product you choose, take either a SERM or TRS stack with TCF 1 or bulk DAA and milk thistle (liver juice by PP or in caps)

followed by blood work after PCT and go from there

Actually we've seen improved lipids from Androhard! Probably has something to do with this:

ut it's always good to err on the side of caution. IE, Fish Oil, Milk Thistle and other cycle support products.
