Hey everyone,
Just wanted to post a quick log and keep you posted as I go through my first cycle. I am looking to eat about 2500-3000 cals a day, but the main goal is to recomp and shred the Fat while on cycle.
Currently I am at 5'11, 235 with 24-26% body fat.
Here is what it looks like
Wk 1-8 Sust 325 (MON/THURS) // Arimidex @.5 EOD
Wk 1-8 T3 @ 120mcgs
Wk 1-8 Clen @ 120-160mcg's (I will be taking benadryl to keep the beta 2's fresh)
Wk 4-8 Winstrol 50mg (Oral, 1ED)
2 Weeks after last Sust, Clomid for 4 weeks starting at 300, tapering down to 100-50.
I started out with a Test Prop 100 on Day 1, then on Day 3 I hit my Sust 325+50mgs of Test Prop (I was looking to jump start a bit)
I think I will either hold the Prop till the end, or maybe toss in 50mgs with the Sust shots on Mon/Thurs. THoughts???
