How should I dose the 12 mg. Separate each 6 hours apart? do 8 then 4 or vise-versa?
I've always wondered about an optimum dosing schedule for any oral. If you subscribe to the theory that muscle growth and repair occurs while you sleep like most; then it would make sense to at the very least to dose late afternoon/dinner and then before bed with a protein shake to wash it down.
Prescription meds for your usual ailments often say one in the AM and one before bed. So, I guess do what your own schedule can accommodate?
