Some info please

Hello, I have been training for 3 years and I am somewhat familiar with using.

I am 220 6'2 24 years old, and train 5 days a week. half hour cardio each day. I have

purchased some gear and need some advise on how to do it.

I was thinking because of the Eq I should make this a 12 week cycle, I am going to jump start

the Eq with the D-Balls

This is what I have

100 Red Dragon D-Balls 5Mg
3 x QV Eq 200 10ML
3 x QV Test Enantat 250 10ML
100 QV Winne 10Mg

and I have clomid just in case/recovery.

basically what would like to know is how often/how much to take. Thanks for your help with this.

1-12 400mg EQ
you dont have enough orals to run them properly IMHO. clomid is only good for recovery - you need nolva "just in case" of gyno

actually at 30mg on the dbol - you could run it first 2 weeks.

agreeded. and 10mg novadex ed would be nice too (helps the lipids, gyno prevention ext)

For a good simple PCT just run 40mg of nolvadex ed for 2 weeks starting week 15 the 20mg of nolvadex ed for another 2 weeks

I would do:

weeks 1-12 500mg test

weeks 1-3 20mg Dbol ED
weeks 12-14 50mg Winny ED

nolva taper for PCT as said above

curious why you would end the test and EQ on the same week when it takes 2 weeks for the test esters to clear and 3 weeks for the EQ esters to clear.

Ok so yes my bf is 12% and I have done a 3 cycles
1 - cyp
1 - enantat
1- decca

Should I inject daily, or do the decca one day a week and the Eq another Day? Thanks
